WTF? Billboard Left Tupac Off “Greatest Rappers Of All-Time” List :::: #Music

When it comes to "Greatest of All-Time" lists, the picks are always up for debate, especially among the best rappers.

Billboard recently published a list of anointing the "10 Greatest Rappers of All-Time" ... and it's caused an uproar among fans and those within the industry.

The list does name a number of iconic artists worthy of the list... but leaves off one who should definitely be among the top picks. His name is Tupac Shakur.

That's right, Billboard left 'Pac off the list entirely... so apparently, the legendary rapper is not among the publication's top 10? Huh? Seriously?

Their list is as follows:

3. Eminem
4. Rakim
5. Nas
6. Andre 3000
7. Lauryn Hill
8. Ghostface Killah
9. Kendrick Lamar
10. Lil Wayne
