Ravens QB Joe Flacco Out For Season With Torn ACL :::: #NFL

Joe Flacco
As if Baltimore Ravens fans were already suffering, they take a hit with quarterback Joe Flacco suffering a season-ending knee injury on Sunday.
The 30-year-old QB reportedly tore his anterior cruciate ligament and medial collateral ligament in his left knee on the first play of the final drive, when backup left tackle James Hurst accidentally rolled up on him.
Fortunately, it took place on the team's winning drive. After suffering the injury, he handed off on the next two plays while hobbling and spiked the ball to stop the clock for Justin Tucker, who kicked a 47-yard field goal for the win.
The Ravens won 16-13 to improve to 3-7 this season.

The injury will result in Flacco missing his first games in the NFL, since he was drafted by the Ravens in 2008. He has started 122 straight games in his career, the fifth-longest streak in NFL history.
In Flacco's absence, Matt Schaub will finish the season for the Ravens.
