Cavs’ Iman Shumpert Out 3 Months With Wrist Injury :::: #NBA

Iman ShumpertThe NBA season hasn't even started, and the Cleveland Cavaliers have taken a hit to their roster.
Guard Iman Shumpert is set to undergo right wrist surgery this week that is expected to sideline him for more than three months, the team announced Tuesday (Sept. 29).
The 25-year-old suffered a ruptured extensor carpi ulnaris sheath "several days" before the start of training camp, said the team.
The Cavs have listed Shumpert's timetable for recovery at 12 to 14 weeks.
Shumpert re-signed with the Cavaliers on a four-year, $40 million contract over the summer.
