Bobby Shmurda’s Bail Denied Again, Trial Pushed To 2016 :::: #Music

Bobby ShmurdaBobby Shmurda will remain behind bars through early 2016.
According to Page Six, the rapper's trial was set to begin this week, in which he and his GS9 crew faces weapons and murder charges, but a judge pushed the trial back to Feb. 22.
In addition to the trial being moved, Shmurda's lawyer asked that his client be released on bond... but Judge James Burke denied the request.
Special Narcotics Prosecutor Nigel Farinha said Bobby Shmurda's requests for bail had been denied four times since his arrest, and called him a flight risk because of his ties to Florida and his financial resources.
Shmurda's bail was set at $2 million at the time of his arrest in December. He and the GS9 crew face over 100 charges, ranging from murder to weapons to drugs.
