Curtis Young To Play Dr. Dre In Upcoming Dogg Pound Biopic :::: #Entertainment

Curtis Young didn't make the cut to play his father Dr. Dre in the N.W.A. biopic, Straight Outta Compton, but he is getting another shot.
In a recent interview with XXL, the 33-year-old aspiring artist says he will play his famous father in the upcoming Dogg Pound biopic, titled Dogg Pound For Life.
Young says the film is not a "sequel to Straight Outta Compton," but instead, will center around the veteran West Coast rap group, consisting of Daz Dillinger, Kurupt and Snoop Dogg.

"I'm cast to play my father," he explained. "That is official. Right now they're looking for funding. There are talks with 50 Cent and some other people. The script is pretty much done. I can't really speak on the characters, but I just got photos of who's going to be playing who. I'm just really excited to be a part of it."
Daz recently revealed news about the biopic on the veteran rap group, consisting of Daz, Kurupt and Snoop Dogg.
"We're all at the beginning stages," Yount said. "We've got to get it funded, but they'll get it funded. It wouldn't make sense for someone to not fund that movie."
