After meeting with multiple teams, free agent LaMarcus Aldridge has made his decision -- to sign with the San Antonio Spurs.
The 29-year-old All-Star, who turns 30 this month, has agreed to a four-year maximum contract with San Antonio, worth more than $80 million, with an opt-out after the third year.
According to ESPN, the Spurs' pitch Aldridge about playing with Tim Duncan his final days in the NBA and then taking over for him in the frontcourt alongside Kawhi Leonard resonated strongly with Aldridge.
