David Banner Sues Lil Wayne’s Young Money Label Over Unpaid Royalties :::: #HipHopNews

Lil Wayne and David BannerWhile Lil Wayne has sued Birdman for money he's owed, ironically, the rapper is also being sued by another artist, who claims he's owed royalties from him.
According to TMZ.com, David Banner has filed a lawsuit against Weezy and his Young Money Records, over songs he produced for his 2008 album, Tha Carter III.
He produced the songs "La La" and "P*ssy Monster", but never received a check.
Banner says in 2012, Young Money told him he was owed over $138,000 in royalties, which is great. But afterward, he was never paid... and the label stopped returning his calls.
Also, in 2009, he produced the Young Money crew cut "Streets Is Watchin," which featured Wayne alongside his artists Jae Millz and Gudda Gudda. Banner says he was told he's owed more than $15,392.57 from that track.
Yet again, he was never paid.
