80s Computer Maker Commodore Returns With Android Smartphone :::: #Phones

Commodore PET smartphoneBack in the 1980s, the Commodore 64 computers were in the homes of as many as 17 million people. Over the years, it's attempted several comebacks... and here's its latest.
Here's a look at the Commodore PET, the company's attempt at an Android smartphone.
It features a 5.5-inch IPS 1920×1080 resolution display made of Gorilla Glass 3, and is powered by a 1.7 GHz Mediatek 64-bit octa-core processor with ARM Mali T760 GPU and a 3000 mAH battery. Other features include a 13 MP Sony camera with a f/2.0 aperture, an 8 MP front-facing camera, and dual-SIM 4G connectivity.
And, as a special touch, bundled emulators allow users to play classic Commodore 64 games.

The Commodore PET will be available in 16GB and 32GB versions, when it itlaunches in Europe in the coming weeks.
