After settling with the teen he beat up at a Beverly Hills chiropractor's office earlier this month, it looks like Kanye West is fully off the hook.
According to TMZ.com, the Los Angeles Country D.A. has rejected the case and will not pursue charges against the rapper. The D.A. gave the following reasons:
- A civil compromise has been reached. Ye agreed to pay the 18-year-old victim over $250,000.
- The victim was not hurt. The D.A. says "No significant injuries were documented."
- The victim became uncooperative after the civil compromise, and would not speak with prosecutors.
