Rapper Young Jeezy was arrested after turning himself into authorities last Friday (Jan. 3) for battery and other charges against his son.
In police docs, obtained by TMZ.com, the rapper (real name: Jay Wayne Jenkins) is accused of getting into a fight with his son back in September 2012, throwing him through a glass shower door that caused him to hit his head. From there, he allegedly punched him in the face, dragged him into the bedroom, threw him on the bed, and pummeled him.
The docs say Jeezy would go on to choke his son while saying, "I will kill you". Later, he continued, "I will put a bullet in your head right now," adding, "If I could get away with it, I would kill you."
Jeezy was charged with terroristic threats, false imprisonment and battery last week, and left the same day after posting $45,000 bond. He's scheduled to be arraigned on Jan. 29th.
In a statement, Jeezy's camp said: "We have no doubt this matter will resolve itself appropriately. At this moment, Mr. Jenkins is thankful for the support of his fans and the respect for his family's privacy."
