For us down south folks, having a new Pollo Tropical in the area is like striking gold because there are ALWAYS long lines in the few locations that are currently in the area. Also, there’s not many reliable options in the south side of the county, especially the southwest side, so having more Pollo Trops around is always comforting.

Today marks the official grand opening to the newest Pollo Tropical location in Dade County. This one is located on the NW corner of Eureka Drive and SW 137th Avenue in the Winn Dixie Shopping Plaza. So anyone driving south on 137th Avenue from Kendall will most definitely find this location useful when needing to pick up a quick meal for yourself or your family.


And to celebrate today’s grand opening at 10:30am, the Pollo Tropical head hanchos are throwing an all day beach party with chances to win free chicken for a year. Plus, tons of music, prizes and a surfing simulator.
