Floyd Mayweather's Ex, Josie Harris, Details 2010 Domestic Assault :::: #Boxing

He spent two months in prison for domestic assault on former girlfriend Josie Harris, but Floyd Mayweather Jr. has denied and downplayed the events of their altercation back in September 2010.
In the boxer's Showtime documentary, 30 Days In May, he tries to rationalize the domestic violence, so Harris is finally speaking out for the first time. She has previously refused to detail the attack. But, after seeing the doc, which accuses her and her children of lying about the incident and calling Mayweather's incarceration wrong, she wanted to offer her side.
During a three-hour interview with Yahoo! Sports, from her home in Valencia, California, Harris detailed what happened.
"Did he beat me to a pulp?" said Harris. "No, but I had bruises on my body and contusions and [a] concussion because the hits were to the back of my head. I believe it was planned to do that ... because the bruises don't show ..."
Throughout the Showtime documentary, Mayweather called the charges "over-exaggerated" and "trumped up," while his team of handlers insisted there was no violence and no physical harm inflicted... and so did his current girlfriend, Shantel Jackson.
"This judicial system is really messed up," Jackson said in the documentary. "How can someone who really didn't do anything have to suffer a consequence for something of this magnitude? It really does anger me, because how can a lie get so far?"
Despite these claims, Harris has proof, offering up a doctor's report, as wel as written statements to police from her 11-year-old son, Koraun Mayweather. The child, according to his written statement to police, ran for help when he "saw my Dad hit[t]ing" and "kicking my Mom."
Yahoo! confirmed the reports, which Harris had declined to make public record. She said she did not want to distract Mayweather so close to a fight.
Apparently, it all happened after Mayweather discovered texts between her and NBA guard C.J. Watson. The boxer and Harris weren't together at the time, and in fact, he was already dating someone else... but did not want Harris sleeping with another man in a house he was paying for.
The altercation took place at 5 a.m. on September 9. Police had already respodned to a call there hours earlier, following a verbal dispute, but Mayweather came back. Harris says she was asleep on the living room couch when she woke up to the boxer holding her cell phone, yelling at her about the text messages.
"Are you having sex with C.J.?" Mayweather yelled at Harris, according to the arrest report. "Yes, that is who I am seeing now," she replied.
That's when he grabbed her by the hair and punched her in the back of the head "with a closed fist several times," according to the report. He then pulled her off the couch by her hair and twisted her left arm.
The kids would see the fight as well, and it was Koraun who ran away and alerted the complex's security patrol.
