New Dominican Restaurant in Kendall called El Malecon Restaurant :::: Food

If you like Dominican food and you live in the SW area of Dade County, then you’re in luck. West Kendall welcomed a new Dominican restaurant called El Malecon, that opened up in late April.
They have all the D.R. traditional plates like Mangu and Yuca for breakfast. And then they have all the other favorites like Mofongo, Sancocho and Chicharrones De Pollo.
Pictured above is their Mofongo with Churrasco, and then their “Malecon Bandeja”, which is basically a sampler for $13.99 that features Tostones, Queso Frito, Salami, Longaniza, Carne Frita and Chicharron de Pollo.
Overall, the food is a bit greasy, but what Dominican food isn’t? And at the very worse case, you have some nice lookin’ Dominican waitresses taking your order if you eat in.
Check ‘em out. El Malecon Restaurant on SW 137th Avenue and Miller Drive, next to Subway.
