Online clothing retailer Jackthreads has enlisted Pennsylvania rapper Asher Roth to curate a summer clothing sale the company is slated to launch on Wednesday (June 6).
For the sale, the rapper worked hand-in-hand with Jackthreads' merchandising team to put together his favorite looks for a "Summer Essentials" sale. Additionally, the sale will include custom tanks and tees, created by Asher and the company's in-house designer, inspired by his upcoming Is This Too Orange album.
Customers will receive a free download of Asher's never-before-released single, "Space," with every purchase from the sale; and Asher also serves as the model for each item in the sale.
"I'm really excited to have the opportunity to collaborate with Jackthreads -- a focused and driven company with its finger on the pulse of our young generation," said Roth. "I wanted to bring a relaxed approach to our 'Summer Essentials' campaign. I think we accomplished that by choosing casual and comfortable looks for my fans with a 'deliberately disheveled' vibe they'll find encompassed in my music as well. It's fun for all ages and perfect for the summertime."
In the past, Jackthreads has collaborated with the likes J. Cole and Girl Talk to bring fans their favorite artists' choice styles.
